Cooked avocado skins and seeds in about a gallon of water yesterday. Got it up to about 130F for about 2 hours, let stand overnight and strained out the stuff. Put in 2 small hanks of Sugar'n Creme white and heated to 140F for 2 hours.(Got tired of writing about) Will take it out tomorrow and see the color.
